Installation is subject to survey and usually takes a few days. We cannot begin the installation of one of our systems unless there is a perfectly flat concrete base. It is paramount to a successful installation. Our installation price does not include the base however we can organize the construction of a base for an added cost.

Important Information
  • A perfectly flat concrete base is paramount to a successful installation. The base must be 80mm bigger than the composite garden room.
  • For optimal use of the garden room, especially during winter, we recommend enhancing its insulation with the added insulation add-on and utilizing a vapor barrier or by installing an AC/heater unit. This proactive approach will effectively avoid potential condensation issues.
