Where do you deliver?
We deliver to mainland UK. Cost of delivery is calculated during checkout depending on the distance from our Liverpool showroom.
How fast is delivery?
Dispatched within 1-2 weeks of final payment. Orders sent out are delivered immediately using a dedicated vehicle.
Payment
What are your payment methods?
We accept deposits via Card or PayPal. Remaining balances are usually paid via bank transfer however alternative methods are also available.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No, you can pay off the balance in full if you like. Deposits are in place to lock in current offers and to keep your place in the delivery queue.
When do I pay for the order?
Whenever you like, we will start to process your order as soon as any remaining balance has been paid.
Installation
Do you install?
We do not install ourselves however, when required, we can introduce you to a local installer.

What is the lifespan of the composite garden rooms?
We usually say 25 years however in theory, they should last a lifetime.
